TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they set out the rules for how our website is run, and how we supply the products you can purchase through it.
By clicking the 'Order Now' button you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which shall govern the agreement between us. We reserve the rights to change the contents on the website at any time, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
All orders placed through our site will bring into effect the Terms and Conditions. We are under no obligation to accept your order, we will confirm your order has been accepted once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming the payment and acceptance of your order. If we encounter any problems with your order you will be contacted by a member of our customer services team.
Price and Payment
When purchasing products the price you pay will be listed on the invoice. We only accept payment in Canadian (CDN) currency. Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. Other methods (PayPal, Wire, TT, Hyperwallet) may be acceptable, on approval only. Visa and MasterCard are accepted over the phone only, please don't email your credit card number to us. The safest method for payment is e-transfer.
We can deliver all over Canada and the USA, all orders will typically be shipped within 7-14 working days (not including weekends or public holidays). If there is a delay in your order within this time we will notify you. We use UPS, Canpar, Purolator, DHL and Canada Post (Expedited Parcel within Canada, US Expedited for parcels going to the continental USA). Delivery time is 1-10 working days in Canada, US expedited is 4-10 working days. All prints are fully insured. We cannot be held liable for delays due to the delivery services. Under no circumstances will we be liable to pay for any damages, penalties or any costs incurred due to the delay in delivery however it is caused. Shipping is additional to your order, and will be quoted on your invoice. We use the most economical method to get your order to you on-time. Through our discount shipping brokerage, we keep the price of shipping reasonable compared to going direct with UPS or Purolator.
Returns or Exchanges
You are required to notify us of any returns, damaged or lost items within 3 days of your art arriving and we MAY request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Notify us on 250-924-0901 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept no liability if notified after these times. Once the products have been signed for and delivery has taken place, we accept no liability for loss, damage or destruction of the product. The items will be your total responsibility. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the products until we receive them back, we do not accept liability for damaged items during transit back to us. Damaged items received by us will not be refunded, so please ensure they are adequately packed and insured.
All information you submit about yourself will be held in complete confidentially. At no time will your information be passed onto other companies. All content on this website is protected by copyright laws, unauthorized use of any of its content will be in breach of these laws and you will be prosecuted. Any use of the content on this website without seeking our permission is strictly prohibited.
